Delivery Information

Delivery for cartridges and other products is a weight based rate for all orders. When you checkout, and before you confirm your order and pay, delivery costs will be clearly displayed. All orders are usually despatched within 24 hours of payment, unless out of stock.

Whilst 98% of the products we advertise are held in stock, occasionally for older printers we have to order the item in. If you have placed an order for a product that is out of stock, we will send you an e-mail message within 24 hours to notify you of the out-of-stock item. We will give you an estimated delivery date as well as the option of waiting for your items or receiving a full refund. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Delivery is only within Sri Lanka and we use various couriers for all items. We strive to use the most efficient and reliable courier for your particular area rather than a one size fits all solution. Delivery times vary depending on the time you placed the order. As a general guide deliveries to Colombo and city limits will take 5 to 24 hours whilst it could take up to 4 days for more remote areas.

Deliveries can only be made where a signature to verify the delivery can be obtained. We understand that at times this would be difficult but it is necessary to protect the goods you have ordered, and to verify to us that you have received your products. The best addresses are where someone is home between 7am and 6pm weekdays, or a business address which is open during normal business hours. Usually if delivery cannot be made, couriers will leave a note to make another appointment or for you to pick up that item but this cannot be taken for granted. If delivery cannot be made you will be responsible for any additional delivery fees incurred, so make sure someone is available to sign.

Do you offer free delivery? 
NO, Delivery charges start at Rs.100.

Do you deliver on weekends and public holidays?
Yes we do, Except on Poya Days.

Can I add special delivery instructions?
Yes. Below the delivery method at checkout step 4, there is a text box to "
Add Comments About Your Order" enter your special instructions. The delivery team will read them and try their best to follow your instructions. 

How do I check the status of my order? 
Go to 
order History page. Enter your login email and Passward, so you could check the delivery status of your order arrangement. The order number will be e-mailed to you after the order is placed. 

What is the earliest that my orders can be delivered in Sri Lanka ? 
You need to place the order at least one day prior to the delivery date. 

Is the delivery guaranteed in Sri Lanka ? 
Yes absolutely. You will get a confirmation e-mail right after you place the order. Within 24 hours of the delivery in Sri Lanka, you will get the final confirmation e-mail confirming the delivery. You may check the status of your order at our 
order History page. 

What if we can't find your recipient's address? 
We encourage you to enter the phone number of the recipient. If the address is too difficult to find we will contact the recipient to get directions. We always try not to spoil the surprise if it is a surprise gift.
